All the prints are sent in a protective sleeve, rolled inside a tough cardboard tube and delivered with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

Once you have ordered and uploaded your images we will check the images for use and send you proof of what your lampshade will look like. This proof will be emailed to you within 5 days. 
Once you have approved the artwork by email we will print the artwork.

Please note that as a user you agree for us to use the images to create your pet portrait and that you have the legal right to use the images you upload.
Also, once you the customer have approved the design by email  no further alterations / changes can be made to the order, and the order cannot be cancelled.
